In this workshop, Deb will share an undiscussed perspective of how to have true joy in your life no matter what challenges you’re facing. So many people talk about moving towards happiness to achieve it, but she believes we’re looking in the wrong place. With everything that’s occurring in our world, we need new tools and ideas on how to approach our lives, and really, how to stay with the difficult times, versus escaping from them, no matter what’s occurring.
As part of this, Deb will cover:
- The importance of owning all pieces of ourselves, including our patterns, pain and trauma/abuse so that it no longer defines us (including tools that can be used to start to shift this)
- The root of what stops us from changing
- How to change for good and be able to handle anything that’s coming your way
She finishes with an energy clearing to go deep to clear out the layers that keep us depressed, stressed and in pain. You’ll leave with a fresh perspective, feeling more positive and open to the truth of who you really are!
Get your ticket to this and ALL the other workshops for only $25, plus your meal is included!
Deborah is visiting Bakersfield from Chicago, IL!
Deborah learned a long time ago that the key to true happiness meant moving away from it.
She realized at an early age, through the loss of her mom at 17 and her dad leaving before the age of 2, that running away from herself, her emotions and her pain only caused more of it, and that your only true way out is in. Today, she embraces it all to feel the light in the darkness, the joy in the sadness and the perfection in it all. With this, she helps women to clear their patterns, pain and trauma to know true joy, peace and trust, no matter what’s occurring, and most importantly, to celebrate and relish in this crazy, juicy, up-and-down thing we call life.
When she’s not clearing energy blocks & childhood patterns, writing for The Huffington Post, Thrive Global and Elephant Journal or hosting Truth Talk Radio, you can find Deborah traveling the world, savoring its beauty, people, culture and adventures.
